How do I book an appointment?+

All appointments are handled through Fresha. Visit the Book page and tap 'Book on Fresha' to choose a service, artist and time. For special enquiries you can also WhatsApp us.

Can I reschedule or cancel?+

Yes — reschedule or cancel directly in your Fresha confirmation. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.

Do you offer bridal trials?+

A bridal trial is included with every full bridal package. We use the session to plan looks, test product longevity and finalise your timeline.

Do you travel for events or weddings?+

Yes, travel is available for bridal and event bookings within Singapore. Travel fees depend on location and party size — share your details on the Contact page for a quote.

Products

Are your hair care products salon-grade?+

Yes. We curate a small range of tools and treatments we use and trust in the studio. Every product is selected for daily, real-world results.

Which straightener should I choose?+

Our Signature Hair Straightener suits most hair types, thanks to adjustable heat and ionic finish. Ask our AI assistant or WhatsApp us with a photo of your hair for a tailored recommendation.

Orders

How does checkout work?+

While we finalise online payments, all orders are confirmed by WhatsApp — you'll receive a payment link and delivery options within one business day.

Do you ship internationally?+

Currently we ship within Singapore. Reach out via WhatsApp for international enquiries — we handle these case by case.

What payment methods do you accept?+

In studio: card, PayNow and major contactless wallets. For online orders we'll send a secure payment link via WhatsApp on confirmation.

VIP

How much is AfterStudio VIP?+

SGD 99 per year.

How long does VIP membership last?+

12 months from the confirmed membership activation date.

How do I join?+

Contact AfterStudio through WhatsApp and the team will guide you through registration.

What discounts do VIP members receive?+

Members currently receive 10% off Makeup / Colour / Styling Classes, 30% off Nails, Lashes and Brows, and 20% off Hair, Hair Extensions and Makeup.

Do I receive a birthday benefit?+

Yes. VIP members receive one complimentary makeover during their birthday month, subject to the applicable VIP terms.

How does Refer a Friend work?+

When a VIP member introduces a new customer to AfterStudio, the VIP member and the referred friend may each enjoy 50% off one eligible service, subject to applicable VIP terms.

Can VIP discounts be combined with other promotions?+

Please check with the AfterStudio team, as promotion stacking rules may vary.
