- To fulfil bookings, orders, warranty claims, and enquiries.
- To send transactional messages relating to your appointment or purchase.
- To improve our services and — only with your consent — send marketing updates.

We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You may withdraw consent, access, or correct your personal data at any time by writing to us at the contact address below.

We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the studio (payment processors, delivery partners, email/hosting providers) under strict confidentiality.
6. Retention
Order and appointment records are kept as required by Singapore law. Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
