1. Acceptance
By booking a service, placing an order, or using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Services
All services are subject to availability and stylist assignment. Timings are estimates; complex looks may run longer. Prices are quoted in SGD and are inclusive of 9% GST.
3. Products
Product images are indicative. We reserve the right to update formulations, packaging, or pricing without prior notice. Product warranties and returns are set out on the Returns page.
4. Bookings & cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods appear at checkout. Orders ship only after payment is received in full.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AfterStudio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
