Returns
- Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened haircare products are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.
Warranty
Our Nano Infrared Straightener carries a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Eligible claims are resolved by one-to-one exchange.
Warranty excludes accidental damage, unauthorised repair, cosmetic wear, and misuse (e.g. incorrect voltage).
How to claim
- Email hello@afterstudio.sg with your order number and a short description (photo or video helps).
- We'll respond within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.
